The milk ‘Nariné’

For many years, the candidate for technical sciences, head of the Industrial Microbiology Laboratory at the Institute of Microbiology at the Academy of Sciences of the Armenian Soviet Union, Levon Akpović Ersinkyan, has been working on the issue of obtaining new varieties of lactic acid bacteria for successful introduction into the dairy, human and veterinary medicine. He manages to get new strains of bacteria that are different from the previously known bacteria. These bacteria have a high activity in the fight against infectious gastrointestinal diseases and are harmless to the body. On this basis, L. Ersinkyan develops a method for the preparation of curative acidophilic milk, which is successfully applied in the fight against difficult to treat gastrointestinal diseases, especially in children.

“NARINÉ” milk provides a lot of assistance to mothers in the artificial feeding or breastfeeding of infants in breast milk because it is a very nutritious and easily digestible lactic acid product. It contains antibiotics, vitamins and other vital substances essential for the normal growth and development of children.

For the new varieties obtained, L.A. Ersinkyan’s highly acidic acidophilic lactic acid bacteria has been licensed by the State Committee on Inventions and Inventions at the Soviet Council of Ministers.

Recently, under the editing of the academy of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR, Professor A. B. Aleksanian, Ersinkyan’s book “Obtaining and Using the Medicinal Acidophilic Milk and Milk” Nariné was published. This is a necessary tool. But at the same time, it is a surprise that it was published in only a thousand copies. It is desirable that this valuable work be put into mass circulation.
